Federica Costamagna began her studies at the University di Turin, from which she holds a MSc in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology and a PharmD. She completed a PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology from the University of Paris-Saclay in 2020, working on Nanoparticles for Drug Delivery.
Following doctoral study, she started to work on the formulation on Monoclonal Antibodies in Sanofi at the Vitry-sur-Seine site, before joining the Sanofi mRNA Center of Excellence (mRNA CoE) in Marcy-l'Étoile (Lyon). She is now Senior Scientist in the mRNA CoE Drug Product Development Department, working on Formulation and Process optimization for mRNA Lipid Nanoparticles based Products.
