Byoungjae Kong is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where he is conducting research on cancer immunotherapy. Dr. Byoungjae Kong received his PhD from Sungkyunkwan University in South Korea in 2018 and subsequently worked at two Korean pharmaceutical company (Kolon Life Science, CJ Healtcare) for about 4 years, where he gained experience in hand-foot-mouth disease vaccine development and oncolytic virus development.
