The ED&I Leadership training session is an invitation-only session to increase the awareness of the CRS leadership on various ED&I topics. The session will build a common understanding of DEI and its importance in CRS and the field. Then the session will give examples and learning points on how to include people with different backgrounds (race/ethnicity, LGBTQIA+ community, gender, disability, and cultural/religious/minority) through leadership.
