Sarah Anne Howard is a PhD Candidate in the Division of Pharmacoengineering and Molecular Pharmaceutics at UNC Chapel Hill's Eshelman School of Pharmacy. Her research is focused on the development of novel non-hormonal contraceptives. She is passionate about health equity, the use of next-generation therapeutic technologies to satisfy existing unmet needs, and science communication. Sarah Anne will be defending her thesis in September and is actively seeking employment opportunities.
