Dr. Dan Cannon is a Principal Scientist at Schrödinger. He obtained his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, UK where he studied under the supervision of Prof. Tell Tuttle. After his PhD, he worked as a computational chemist at MedImmune (now AstraZeneca) in Cambridge, UK with a focus on in silico design of biologics.
Dr. Cannon joined Schrödinger in 2018 as a Life Science Application Scientist and his work focuses on applying physics-based methods to design, characterise and optimise proteins, peptides and other new modalities for a wide variety of applications.
