Seyedeh Hoda Alavizadeh is an Assistant Professor at Pharmacy School, Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, Iran. She received her Pharm. D and PhD in Pharmaceutical Nanotechnology from Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. Her research addresses applying smart nanomaterials for cancer therapy as well as cancer chemo-immunotherapy. She served as CRS member (2021-2024) and Ambassador of the CRS Young Scientist Committee (2021-2023). She has also been the scientific vice-chair of the virtual international conference on nanoscience and nanotechnology (ICNN2021) at Mashhad University of Medical School. Her vision as a woman in science is to balance her desire to excel in both work and non-work roles.
