María Lina Formica (Pharmacist, PhD) is a teacher of pharmaceutical sciences and assistant researcher at the National University of Cordoba and UNITEFA-CONICET (Argentina). Since her first involvement in research, she has worked on the development of nanomedicines using accessible and safe materials, and scalable processes. Her current research mainly focuses on lipid-based drug delivery systems using nanotechnology for ocular applications.
