Andrea Joseph obtained her BS in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and her PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington. She is now a postdoctoral researcher in the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, studying the etiology of preterm birth under Dr. Michal Elovitz, and will join Syracuse University as an Assistant Professor of Biomedical & Chemical Engineering in January 2025.
