Associate Professor at the University of Brasília (UnB). Bachelor's and Doctorate in Pharmacy-Biochemistry (University of São Paulo-Ribeirão Preto). Completed a PhD internship at the University of Saaland, Germany and a Post-Doctorate at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, institutions with which maintains scientific collaborations. Has experience in the area of Pharmaceutical Technology and Cosmetology, with an emphasis on the development and evaluation of innovative systems for topical drug delivery. Research has focused on evaluating the performance of topical ocular, skin and vaginal formulations, including micro and nanoparticle systems, through in vitro and ex vivo experimental models alternative to the use of animals.
