Dr Emmanuel Dauty is the Director of the Innovation and Physical Chemistry Department of Adocia, a company dedicated to the development of innovative treatments for diabetes & obesity. He obtained a PhD in bio-organic chemistry from the University of Strasbourg in 2002 while working on nucleic acid delivery in the team of J.P. Behr. Following a post-doc at UCSF where he worked on the diffusion of macromolecules in living systems and a further year at the ENS-Ulm-Paris, he joined DNA Therapeutics to lead the Chemistry & Formulation group. He moved to Adocia in 2006 and focused his work on the development of the BioChaperone platform applied to mAb formulation. In 2014, he is appointed Head of the Physico-chemistry & formulation team and then Director in 2018. He is co-author of 8 patents and 12 scientific publications. His main expertise is in parenteral drug development and drug delivery of peptides and proteins.
