I am Bi Wang, doing my PhD studies at the Department of Polymer Therapeutics of Institute for Experimental Molecular Imaging at RWTH Aachen University. My project focuses on developing enzyme-degradable prodrug and polymer-prodrug nanovesicles for immunotherapy. I mainly focuse on using nanomedicines to target intercellular receoptors (e.g., TLR7/8, the STING receptor) of antigen presentation cells (APCs), especial B cells, for immunoactivation.
