Rianne Maas, MSc. graduated from Radboud University (Nijmegen, NL) as a medical biologist.
Then, she started as a PhD student in the MulderLab at the Radboud University Medical Center (Nijmegen, NL), in collaboration with the Nanomedicine lab of Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (New York, USA). Rianne's research is focused on imaging and treating the immune responses that drive organ transplant rejection, with a focus on the innate immune system. This work is part of the Targeting trained immunity in transplantation project (NIH: 1P01AI168258-01).
