Dr. Wathsala Liyanage is a research faculty member at the Center for Nanomedicine, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Liyanage's current research is focused on the development of dendrimer bioconjugates, including siRNA, antibody, peptide, proteins, and CRISPR/Cas 9 conjugates for a) the development of targeted gene delivery platforms b) the construction of an efficacious drug delivery system for ocular and neurodegenerative diseases.
