Dr. Xin Guo is a faculty member in Thomas J Long School of Pharmacy, University of the Pacific. His research is focused on drug delivery using lipid-based nanoformulations including liposomes, micelles, and nanoparticles. His current research projects include pH-sensitive liposomes based on conformational switches, nanoformulations of lipophilic platinum complexes, and more clinically relevant cell culture and animal models of cancers for the discovery and development of anticancer nanoformulations.
