Scientific administrator at the European Medicines Agency (EMA) since 2018 providing scientific support for initial Marketing Authorisations, variations and scientific advice procedures as well as input in support initiatives of the EMA with a special focus on ATMPS. Currently part of the Pharmaceutical Quality Office (CMC) and the Advanced Therapies Office as Technical Lead for Advance Therapy Medicinal Products.
Before joining the Agency, she worked in research and development of new pharmaceutical products, from small molecules, antibodies to cell products. She also has experience in Regulatory Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry and as a consultant.
PhD in Drug delivery systems for skin by Queen Mary University of London.
