My name is Patricia Mora Raimundo, currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in Prof.Avi Schroeder lab at Technion Israel Institute of Technology. I am a pharmacist by training and I received my PhD in Pharmacy from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Since my first involvement in research, I have developed different delivery platforms for cancer, osteoporosis and most recently for neurodegenerative diseases treatment. Nowadays my research is focused on the development of protein and nucleic acid delivery systems for neurological diseases, as well as evaluating possible external stimuli that could enhance nanocarriers brain uptake such as music.
