Dr. Roberto Villaseñor heads the Brain Delivery laboratory in the Neuroscience and Rare Disease discovery area at Roche Pharma Research and Early Development. His group is responsible for preclinical activities to advance Roche’s BrainshuttleTM technology for delivery of biologics to the central nervous system. Together with his team, Dr. Villaseñor develops novel in vitro models of the blood-brain barrier for new target discovery and compound optimization.
