We are offering a special discount offer for groups of five interested in attending the CRS Annual Meeting and Expo. Group registration follows these guidelines:

Purchase four Annual Meeting registrations and get the fifth registration free
Groups can only be in increments of 5 attendees at a time
Groups must all register at the same time (no promotional code needed)
The complimentary 5th registration will be of the lowest monetary value of the group registering
Single Day Registration and Guest Registration are not eligible for the group discount

CRS 2024 Annual Meeting and Exposition
Registration Cancellation Policy

In the event of attendee cancellation, refunds are subject to a USD $200 processing fee through May 31, 2024. After May 31, 2024, all monies will be retained by the CRS with the option to carry over the 2025 Annual Meeting & Exposition without a year extension. The exception to this standard would be the passing of an immediate family member or personal illness.

Validation must be submitted with the cancellation request and are still subject to a USD $200 processing fee through June 28, 2024. After June 28, 2024, there will be no exceptions for cancellations. Refunds will be processed and remitted after the Annual Meeting & Exposition is completed.

*Registrants from 2023 (Las Vegas, NV, USA) canceling before May 31, 2024, will receive a refund, minus the admin fee of $350 (admin fee from 2023/2024). If canceling after May 31, 2024, will receive USD $0. Balance can be applied to membership for future years. Non-transferable to another registrant. A visa rejection letter along with proof of 2023 registration payment must be submitted for 2023 refund.
