The Annual Meeting and Exposition will take place from July 8 to July 12, 2024.  These rates have also been extended three (3) days pre and (3) days post conference, to help you enjoy your stay in Bologna, Italy. 





City tax is not included in the daily hotel rate. A supplement per person is applied (excluding children under 14 and up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights) for each night of the stay. 

Starting April 1, 2024 Tax: € 3.00 for rates from € 1.00 to € 30.99 / € 4.20 for rates from € 31.00 to € 70.99 / € 4.60 for rates from € 71.00 to € 120.99 / € 5.00 for rates of € 121.00 and higher.

Rates are net of VAT and for rooms with more components (double/triple, etc.), the amount must be further divided by the number of the same.
The tax must be paid directly by guests upon departure.
